Mr. Farrell Rasu is the Founder and Executive Director of Caring For Life Training Centre. He is a seasoned corporate and public-sector professional with extensive experience in training, education, and human capital
development.

An educator by vocation, Mr. Farrell is deeply committed to advancing the global mission for older adults, with a strong focus on the ageing agenda, caregiving excellence, and the silver economy.

His work centers on building sustainable caregiving cultures, strengthening workforce capability, and advocating for dignified, quality care for ageing populations worldwide.

He is also an Associate at INPUMA, University of Malaya, where he actively contributes to ageing and silver economy–related policy dialogues,
including government roundtable discussions. Through his leadership, research engagement, and training initiatives, Mr. Farrell continues to bridge education, policy, and practice in shaping future-ready ageing and caregiving ecosystems.

Mr. Rasu’s professional journey demonstrates a consistent dedication to education, public service, and community development. His experience includes:

  • Director, Caring for Life Training Centre (November 2022–Present): Leading managing and administration, training program delivery, and recruitment initiatives to strengthen the caregiving workforce.
  • Bangladesh Public Administration Training Centre (February 2019–Present): Contributing to public sector capacity building and presenting scholarly work on Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) progress in Malaysia, demonstrating his engagement with global development agendas aligned with Agenda 2030.
  • CEO & Co-Founder, TSEG (2015–August 2025): Founding and leading an education consultancy focused on learning planning and environmental education through excursion projects, while also serving as an economic consultant and guest speaker on future-of-work themes.
