Yes. Participants who successfully complete the required assessments and practical sessions will receive a Caring for Life Training Centre (CFL) Certificate with a letter of completion and academic transcript of subjects taken.

CFL places strong emphasis on hands-on practical training, simulations, and real-life caregiving scenarios, not just classroom theory.

Basic training equipment is provided. Participants are encouraged to bring personal items (e.g., stethoscope, BP monitor, PPE) if they have them.

Yes. CFL actively engages in CSR initiatives, including community caregiving awareness, free public workshops, and outreach programs to promote caregiving knowledge and social responsibility.

Yes. CFL offers short courses and workshops designed to be practical, time-efficient, and suitable for working adults and caregivers seeking skill upgrades. CFL conducts workshops such as the Basic Life Support (BLS) Workshop, First Aid and CPR Workshop, Ambulance & Emergency Triage Preparedness training, Caregiver Refresher Workshop, Assistant Trainer Induction Workshop and etc.

Yes. Selected program offer flexible instalment plans. Our team will guide you on available payment options during enrolment.

Yes. Students enrolled in Advanced Caregiver Program receive guidance, mentoring, and professional advice, especially for practical exposure, career readiness, and transition into caregiving roles.

Advanced-level students may receive guidance for internship opportunities or industry exposure, subject to program structure and partner availability.

While employment is not guaranteed, CFL actively supports graduates through career guidance, interview preparation, and connections to partner agencies and employers. High performing students will also be offered to join the CFL Trainer and Assistant Trainer team.

All CFL program are conducted by certified and professionally qualified trainers who are recognized by the Ministry of Health (MOH) Malaysia, accredited under the Human Resource Development Corporation (HRDC), and actively practicing in the healthcare and caregiving industry. This ensures that training delivered at CFL is current, practical, and aligned with real industry standards, combining regulatory compliance, hands-on clinical experience, and professional teaching expertise to prepare students for real-world caregiving environments.

Yes. Students who have completed both Basic and Advanced Caregiving Certification Program with CFL may apply for jobs with our certificate.
